Hot and Sour Dumplings is one of my favorite ways to enjoy dumplings, and it is super easy to make at home. You can use any dumpling of your choice, but I am using homemade dumplings today.

Not going to lie; I’ve been obsessed with hot and sour dumplings lately.

I always have dumplings in the freezer, and I am always looking for new ways to spice up my dumplings! Hot and sour dumplings is going viral in Asia, so I knew I had to give the recipe a try with a little twist of my own.

The soup is savory, spicy, tangy, and full of flavor. You can adjust the amount of spice depending on your spice tolerance.

All you need is a few simple ingredients to make hot and sour dumplings at home!

While you boil your dumplings in a pot, prepare the hot and sour dumplings sauce. Add green onion, garlic, red chili flakes, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Pour on hot oil to enhance the flavor of each ingredient.

Next, add black vinegar, soy sauce, and a pinch of chicken powder (optional). Pour in the hot water from the cooking dumplings, and add in the cooked dumplings, and that’s it!

I like to garnish with cilantro, and you got yourself a bowl of addicting and delicious hot and sour dumplings!
